In a city renowned for its endless summer music festivals, this past Friday it was time for the Aboriginal community in Quebec to take centre stage as part of Montreal’s First Peoples Festival.
But the free outdoor concert was more than just a platform to celebrate Aboriginal music it was also an exercise in musical experimentation.
