Piikani Nation facing overdose crisis during pandemic

Alberta’s Piikani Nation has seen a spike in opioid overdoses during the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The reserve in the southern part of the province says the toll is six deaths in just five weeks.

The crisis has elected officials calling for action from the federal government.
