Indigenous voice added to Winnipeg’s taxicab advisory board

For the last few months, after years of silence, Indigenous women in Manitoba have been speaking up about their negative experience in taxicabs.

Now, the board that oversees the industry has added an Indigenous voice to the mix.

But not everyone is expecting things to change.
