New report says Nunavik’s justice system is a mess

Quebec’s ombudsman delivered a scathing report on the state of Nunavik’s justice system Thursday.

The report is nothing new for Quebec’s Inuit, whose incarceration rates are astronomical.

So now, the question is, what needs to be done?
