There is a huge crack in the Arctic sea ice from Nunavut to Alaska.

The break in the ice is attributed to higher than average temperatures and sea ice movement because of storms.

This year is the seventh lowest amount of sea ice seen in the Arctic since they’ve been tracking it with satellite images.
