    The Dept. of Public Safety Canada and Aboriginal Affairs are responsible for Emergency Management on Reserves, failure by the Ministers to ensure that protection is deemed negligible and therefore subjected to Liability to life limb, livestock and property. Just remind the government of their legal and moral obligation.
