Indigenous people twice as likely to be victims of crime: Winnipeg police

Winnipeg police was close to labeling all Indigenous women and girls in the city as a vulnerable population according to a member of the police board.

And as APTN’Dennis Ward reports, the numbers show there may have been good reason to do so.
