Police in Dryden, Ont. are asking for the public’s help after video of an Aboriginal man being bullied went viral.
The video was posted online and sent to APTN National News by a number of people.
In the video a man is seen sitting on a bench at McDonald’s.
Another man standing over him taunts and slaps him in the head. He challenges the man to go outside.
But the man seems to be struggling.
The chief of police in Dryden, himself a First Nation man, says it actually shows a “heinous” crime.
Rob Davis says investigators know the identities of both the victim and suspect but need to speak with the person who shot the video.

Disgusting. Humanity seems to be devolving.
Mixed blessing YouTube taking it down due to bullying and harrassing guidelines. One it shows the bullying and two it shows the bullying….

Yes its hard for us to go through it,, or even in the grocery stores they bully there way in in front of us and we stand a side for them. thinking they are so big.
“But the man seems to be struggling”. How about, “The man receiving the bullying does not cause any harm”. Our people are very kind.
It is sad to see young people with low self esteem take their pain out on others. This is how ignorance and fear presents itself. Much respect to our Aboriginal brother who showed considerable self-restraint. I don’t think I could have been as strong as that.

If they have this video, it is clear bullying is happening why do they need witnesses, charge that bully…a video speaks volumes….
