Marchers take to parliament hill to send government a message

They came by the busload. They came by the thousands. They carried signs and banners.

More than 1500 people poured onto parliament hill Wednesday with the goal to send the government a message about the way it’s governing.

Some were protesting the First Nations education act, others it was about contraband tobacco or missing and murdered Aboriginal women.
