The great aunt of Tina Fontaine is outraged two police officers who had contact with the 15-year-old before she was found murdered will not be charged.

Winnipeg police has now started disciplinary action against the officers, including suspending one of them without pay.

But that’s no comfort to Fontaine’s aunt Thelma Favel who raised her.

APTN’s Dennis Ward reports Favel fears the young teen’s murder will never be solved.
