Rally calls for end to incarcerated Cree woman’s seclusion

Marlene Carter, who suffers from mental health issues, wants return to Saskatchewan

A small group rallied together to speak out against the treatment of a 44-year-old Cree woman from Onion Lake Cree Nation in Saskatchewan.

The woman is currently being held in seclusion at a mental health centre.
