A Winnipeg teenager wrote an underhanded Christmas card to the Queen of England this past holiday season.
She was surprised to receive an official response from Buckingham Palace this week.
APTN was there when she opened the letter.
Way to go Shaneen. You have raised some very important issues. You have a right to be very proud of yourself. 🙂
