Police determine arsonist died in Iqaluit fire last year

Over a year ago fire destroyed 22 housing units at Iqaluit’s Creekside Village.

Most were filled with college students and their families.

The fire also claimed the lives of two people on Feb. 26, 2012.

Now the RCMP says their suspect was one of them.
