O’Connor talks about his arguments before the Supreme Court

Arguing that the Gladue principles should be considered for his client is Fergus O’Connor.

Today he argued before the Supreme Court that his client should not have received a 30-month sentence for drinking and violating his parole conditions.

Mr. O’Connor joined APTN National News anchor Michael Hutchinson from Ottawa to discuss.
