Mi’kmaq leaders in Nova Scotia say the recent debate over a moose harvest in a national park is why treaty education is badly needed.

A project put together by Mi’kmaq hunters and Parks Canada imploded recently when more than two dozen protestors showed up to stop a moose harvest, scientists say is badly needed.
