March on Aboriginal Affairs office marks flood’s fourth anniversary

Protesters were in the streets of Winnipeg marking the fourth anniversary of the historic floods that destroyed two Manitoba First Nations and severely damaged a third.

Now, former residents say they’ve become invisible victims of that disaster.
