Manitoba family files suit against province over poor healthcare

Tyson McKay was only 32-years old when he did died of a massive heart attack in the summer of 2015.

Now, his family has filed a lawsuit stating that under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, his right to life and equal treatment were violated.
