A rally on Parliament Hill marked the fifth anniversary of the federal government’s apology to Indian residential school survivors.

A rally on Parliament Hill marked the fifth anniversary of the federal government’s apology to Indian residential school survivors Tuesday.

School-aged kids, some too young to remember the apology, sent a message to the prime minister.

The message is that an apology has to have meaning.
