Has Prime Minister Harper signaled an end to the Kapyong barracks debate?

A long, bitter legal battle between Canada and a group of Manitoba First Nations may be coming to an end.

Tuesday, at a campaign stop in Winnipeg, Prime Minister Stephen Harper was asked about the Kapyong Barracks.

As APTN’s Dennis Ward reports, his response is being welcomed by Indigenous leaders.
