Groups in Toronto argue in court that the Fair Elections Act is anything but fair

The Council of Canadians and the Canadian Federation of Students say the Harper government’s Fair Elections Act will actually suppress voting in Canada.

The two groups were in a Toronto court today asking an Ontario judge to strike parts of the law that deals with voter identification.
