Truth and Reconciliation Commissioner Murray Sinclair called them Canada’s future leaders and the ones who will start the change in relationship between Indigenous peoples and Canadians.
Sinclair was addressing elementary school students across town from where the TRC final event is taking place.
APTN’s Annette Francis was there and talked to students there about residential schools.
