Global oil consumption continues to rise.

The demand is making finding new, untapped oil deposits a high priority for oil companies.

As APTN National News reporter Wayne Rivers reports, the Northwest Territories has one of those deposits, but getting at the oil out of the ground has been difficult, until now.
