Cree hotel finds a way to thank front line workers, give others hope during pandemic

A Cree owned hotel and casino near Edmonton has come up with a way to offer a bit of encouragement during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The sign is aimed at front line workers who are battling the novel coronavirus that causes Covid-19 – and for others to not give up.

“It was a group idea. We were just finding ways that we can send out messages of hope. Especially to front line emergency workers. It’s our little way of sending a positive message to the city of Edmonton and the surrounding areas,” said Jayne Behm, marketing director of the River Cree Resort and Casino.
