Blackstone actress attends Hug a Non-Native Day in Calgary

Idle No More organizers in Calgary staged an event called “Hug a Non-Native Day”.

Its goal was to improve racial harmony.

Among those in attendeance was Michelle Thrush from APTN’s hit television series Blackstone.

APTN National News reporter Keith Laboucan says Thrush was inspired.
