BC: Province calls for review on 11-year-old boy tasered at group home

Earlier this month, an 11-year-old boy was tasered at a group home in Prince George when an RCMP officer tried to arrest him.

The province’s Representative for Children and Youth, Mary-Ellen Turpel Lafond, spoke to the media on Thursday.
