'Civil disobedience' threatened if Enbridge pipeline is approved

A senior Chief in BC is warning of civil disobedience if the Enbridge Northern Gateway Pipeline is approved.

The proposed pipeline would cross Northern BC bringing bitumen from Alberta’s tar sands to ships on the west coast.

But as APTN’s Rob Smith tells us, some First Nations leaders are warning the project could spark the kind of opposition seen at Oka and Ipperwash.
