5 top cabinet minister quit their posts Monday.
Jennifer Howard, Erin Selby, Andrew Swan, Theresa Oswald and Stan Struthers held a news conference in Winnipeg to announce their resignation because Premier Greg Selinger was no longer listening to them.
Later, Selinger announced a major cabinet shuffle that now has Kevin Chief playing a larger role in cabinet.
As APTN’s Dennis Ward reports, that is significant because some are saying Chief could be Manitoba’s first Aboriginal Premier.
