The impact of not having missing persons legislations

The Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Quebec are the only places in Canada where there is no missing persons legislation as called for by the MMIWG inquiry. APTN’s Karli Zschogner spoke with a former MMIWG commissioner about what impact this could have.
