Quebec announces $20M to address domestic violence in the province

Quebec has announced that $20 million dollars will be invested into men’s programs to address domestic violence issues in the province. “We need to address the problem at its source, and the source of the violence is the men who commit it,” said Geneviève Guilbault, Quebec’s deputy premier.
