Owner of two NWT diamond mines in financial hot water

Diamond mining in the Northwest Territories was already past it's peak before the COVID-19 pandemic struck, but the outlook for the north's economic pillar is looking even worse. Dominion Diamond, the owner of two of the three mines in the territory is in financial hot water.
