Mi’kmaw facing charges of illegally selling cannabis are within treaty right to do so

Four Mi’kmaw people in Nova Scotia are facing charges of illegally selling cannabis from shops on the Millbrook First Nation. But as Angel Moore explains, they are within their treaty right to do so.
