Forced evictions of tent city in Vancouver described as a campaign of terror

It is being described as a campaign of terror – forced evictions of those living in a tent city in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. Advocates are calling on the city to stop the sweeps and have accused the Vancouver Police Department of acting violently.
