B.C. auditor general report paints grim picture of services for Indigenous inmates

A B.C. auditor general's report paints a grim picture of mental health services for Indigenous inmates. This is despite the fact that Indigenous men and women make up 33 per cent of those in custody but only make up six per cent of B.C.’s population.
