Warming shelters open in Raphael Andre’s name two years after his death

It's been two years since Raphael Andre, a homeless Innu-Naskapi man, was found dead in a portable toilet in Montreal. Homeless advocates are keeping his memory alive by opening warming stations in his name – but it might not last past wintertime.
