Family members speak out after man shot in the arm by RCMP in Thompson, Man.

Family members of a man who was shot in the arm by an RCMP officer in Thompson, Manitoba are speaking out. RCMP reports say the 30-year-old man was armed with a knife when police encountered him, but the family says that's not true.
