Powwow held to commemorate 150th anniversary of the signing of Treaty 1

Dancers, drum groups and regalia were on full display at Naawi-Oodena, a site formerly known as the Kapyong Barracks in Winnipeg. APTN's Brittany Guyot spoke to people who were there to commemorate the signing of Treaty 1.
