Over 500 pounds of food flown in to feed pets in evacuated communities in Manitoba

Five Manitoba First Nations had to leave their pets behind when they evacuated due to wildfires. A Winnipeg pet rescue says more than 500 pounds of food has been flown out to feed the animals so far, but some have already perished due to lack of food and water.
