Saskatchewan announces the end of birth alerts in the province

The Saskatchewan government announced they will end the practice of birth alerts in the province starting February 1. They say the decision is based on the recommendations of the MMIWG inquiry and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action.
