Inaccess to healthy food demoralizing to community, says chief

The Indigenous Affairs Committee met with Deputy Grand Chief Jason Smallboy of the Nishnawbe Aski Nation in Ottawa, Tuesday. The subject was of food security in northern Ontario. Chief Smallboy said inaccess to healthy food is not only unhealthy, but also traumatic and demoralizing for his communities.
