Nation issues their own lobster fishing licenses after 21 years of failed negotiations

After 21 years of unsuccessful negotiations with Canada, the Sipekne’katik Mikmaq Nation have begun issuing their own moderate livelihood lobster fishing licenses. APTN’s Angel Moore is in southern Nova Scotia with the story.
