Winnipeg teenager charged with first degree murder

A 14 year old boy in Winnipeg has been charged with first degree murder after a rash of shootings in the city that left one person dead. Because of his age, the boy can’t be named under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Police say they don’t have a motive for the shootings.
