Inquest makes recommendations following Nutaraluk death

An inquest in Nunavut has made three major recommendations to the RCMP regarding proper techniques for dealing with intoxicated detainees.

The inquest follows the December 2009 death of Adamie Nutaraluk, who died while in RCMP custody.
