Witnesses say process to create National Council for Reconciliation is flawed

A Parliamentary committee continued its study of Bill C-29, which would create a National Council for Reconciliation. Witnesses from national Indigenous organizations say the process to create the act and appoint persons to sit on its board is flawed.
