White lives matter sign put up in Muskoday First Nation by non-member, non-Indigenous man

Chief Ava Bear of the Muskoday First Nation in Saskatchewan says she's angry and hurt that someone put up a white lives matter sign in the community. Bear says witnesses saw a non-member, non-Indigenous man park his car and put up this sign along with a pair of running shoes.
