Throne speech promises to address systemic barriers for Indigenous Peoples

The Governor General presented the Throne Speech in Ottawa, unveiling the Liberal government’s legislative priorities. The four main pillars include fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting people and businesses, engineering an economic rebound, and addressing inequalities.
