Steady rise in COVID-19 cases in Nunavut

Nunavut has seen a steady rise in COVID-19 cases and there are now 462 confirmed active cases in the territory. But schools and government offices are returning to full operation or trying to. APTN’s Kent Driscoll has this from Iqaluit.
