Sister of man shot by RCMP during wellness check speaks about her brother

Steven 'Iggy' Dedam was shot by an RCMP officer during a wellness check on the evening of Sep. 8 in Elsipogtog First Nation. Police say Dedam was in mental distress and he refused to drop his weapon. APTN News spoke with Amber Joseph, Dedam's sister.
