Setback for opponents of Dakota Access Pipeline, after major win

After a major win last week, a setback for opponents of the Dakota Access Pipeline, a U.S. Court of Appeals has issued an administrative stay on a decision that would have seen the pipeline shut down and emptied of oil by August 5th.
