Saik’uz and Stellat’en First Nations conclude court case against Rio Tinto Alcan

The Saik'uz and Stellat’en First Nations concluded a court case against aluminum giant Rio Tinto Alcan, the B.C. government and the federal government. The First Nations argued that the Kenney Dam’s diversion of water from the Nechacko River has devastated the watershed.
