Re-licensing Whitehorse dam could have detrimental effects says assessment board

The Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board has issued its evaluation report on the 25-year re-licensing of the Whitehorse Rapids Generating Station, determining re-licensing could have detrimental effects on aquatic life. But, it says those effects can be mitigated with terms and conditions.
